What are your 2026 objective?
With the last month of 2025 rapidly approaching, we begin to look to 2026 and the opportunities for the new year. Markets have been very challenging over the past two years with a material increase in M&A diligence time and a drop in overall transactions closing. We see this as a cross-over between personal concerns over the economy and world dynamics. In 2025 Paine Pacific shifted our approach in M&A transactions to a more transparent model that addresses these concerns and provides answers and solutions up front. This has given buyers and sellers the visibility they need to generate confidence and to see the value more efficiently. Under this model we closed two transactions in the 3rd quarter and have two in queue.
We know there is a tremendous amount of capital in the market and eager buyers and sellers seeking/needing to do transactions. We believe our model is ideally suited for the current market conditions and will lead to more efficient transaction closings and net valuations.
