Paine Pacific is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client in the Landscape and Design Services business, a veteran leader in custom landscape, design and construction for both commercial and residential markets.  

The acquisition was completed in September 2025 and Paine Pacific served as the advisor to its client. "The transaction brings a new chapter of growth and resources to an outstanding company, ensuring its long term growth and impact on its community” said Nels Paine, Managing Director of Paine Pacific, “and achieves the goal of providing a succession plan for the company’s founders”.

There will be no changes to the company’s operations, personnel or business as the buyer focuses on expanding its existing services and new growth opportunities.
