Paine Pacific Investment Banking Group was founded in 1998 as an investment banking firm focused on serving the smaller emerging growth and middle market company. Paine Pacific provides advisory and implementation services for mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side transactions), strategic consulting and planning (company growth, exit, restructuring), private placements and public/private fundraising.
Private Equity Venture Fund
Paine Pacific Fund I was founded in 2006 as a private equity venture fund with the charter to invest in companies that possess assets with significant short-term strategic and market value. Unlike traditional venture and private equity groups, Paine Pacific Fund I is focused on established companies with strategic value with the opportunity for realistic growth and liquidity.
