Paine Pacific (PP) is pleased to announce the expansion of its services providing Growth Advisory and M&A services directly to the private equity and venture capital communities. PP has provided advisory services over the past 20 years to help companies become "transactable" and fit the criteria of venture capital and private equity firms as well as achieving liquidity events. PP is now providing these same services to the PE/VC community for their underperforming portfolio companies and/or the target portfolio or add-on companies they deem of interest but not yet ready for investment. The objective is to bring these companies to the level needed to be invested in or to help drive them to a liquidity event.

PP plans to open an office in Westport, CT in the fall of 2018 to serve the PE/VC community on the eastern seaboard.
