Sample of workPaine Pacific recently worked with an Idaho-based manufacturing company that wanted to sell their business. The client was frustrated due to limited cash flow (leading to constraints on inventory), business fatigue and P&L issues. Paine Pacific led the client in restructuring their operating plan and growth strategy to meet market demand, and to reduce and consolidate their product lines to improve operational efficiencies and their P&L. Paine Pacific then replaced their existing bank with new institutional and private capital capable of handling their newly defined operations and future growth. The company is now growing, and is re-energized to drive their business to the next growth plateau while we prepare them for a future capital event or exit.
PressNels Paine, Paine Pacific's Managing Director, recently spoke at Wyoming Technology Business Center's e2e events in Laramie and Gillette, and to the University of Oregon Executive MBA class. His presentations focused on strategic growth for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Media coverage can be found HERE.
